He is Too!

This sweet boy had a birthday last month and now he is TWO!  

He is also "too"...

"i'm hungry too"
"need a bandaid too"
"go bathroom too"

Just pick something - he idolizes big brother and sister wanting to be just like them.
Needless to say his birthday stemmed from big brothers love of spiderman and big sisters love of My Little Pony.  He was insistent upon having a Spiderman/My pony birthday.

We had a fun relaxing morning at home with breakfast donuts and balloons.

Then headed to Georgetown to ride the Loop Railroad. 

When we asked Caleb what he wanted for his birthday dinner he told us Candy.  We asked what else he said "M&M"s. Then he said Lollipops. So we decided to give the kid corn dogs for dinner.

His whole meal was served on sticks/toothpicks like lollipops.  

We had a fun time celebrating our big boy 2 year old!  He loved opening cards and presents!  He even got a My Little Pony castle and Loads of My little ponies. He also got a fierce dragon that eats the ponies!

Lucky Me

This is from Mother's Day this year.  Coffee in bed, church with my family, play-time at the park and frozen yogurt - It was a Fabulous day!  I am so blessed by these cute little kiddos and a thoughtful husband!  Not just on Mothers day but every day!

What games do you like to play: Dora the Explorer on the Mobi Go, Tic Tac Boom (a game J&H made up by jumping from couch to couch)

Jack's favorite movie is All About Airplanes.  It is a half hour kids documentary about...Airplanes, of course! You too can find and view it on Netflix if you so desire.  Ever since Jack's 3rd birthday he has been talking about his grand plans for his 4 year old Airplane Birthday.  So we made it happen.

My husband and his Dad

Starting in April we have a mad stream of birthdays until August.  Mark was gone for his actual birthday this year and was backpacking in the canyon lands with a friend.  When he returned we celebrated with an ice cream cake and steak tacos! Happy Birthday Mark!

Shortly after Mark's birthday is his Dad's birthday who happened to be visiting on his special day.  We celebrated him with key lime cupcakes.  He happens to be somewhat of a key lime pie connoisseur.  I don't have much experience with pies but knew I could pull off something cake based.  Happy Birthday Papa!
