Yes, we are on vacation and couldn't be more thrilled about it. We left our house this morning a little before 7, drove to the airport, juggled babies-carseats-luggage, checked in, and had a 3 1/2 hour flight to Raleigh. The kids did really well. Tomorrow we will enjoy some time in Raleigh before driving to Ocean Isle Beach, NC where we will be spending a week on the beach...hooray!

Hannah's 10 months
Oh precious, you are keeping me so busy. You have grown and changed so much since you came home. You are crawling everywhere and learning to get into everything. You LOVE attention!! By watching your brother you have learned to wave, give five, do "so big!" and so much more. You are very observant and have learned how to refocus others attention on you by do something super cute. Here are a few pics from 9 months to 10 months.
(10 months was 05/06)
I love you, sweet girl Hannah!

What I learned today...
Wearing drawstring pants (i.e - pajama pants) with children who are learning to walk and like to hang on your legs is a bad idea; I have been depantsed today by my own children (more than once).
Jack loves the stairs and thinks it is a giant game to sneak to the stairs as soon as I am not looking.
Hannah has learned how to flush the toilet.
Jack can produce tears upon my leaving the room faster than any child I have ever seen.
Jack likes raspberries, Hannah likes hummus, and both my children love zucchini bread.
I am continually learning with these kiddos, the lessons for the day are still not over.

Birthday Boy!! Happy 12 Months!
Jack Edward Hubbard is ONE!! We celebrated on his actual birthday and had a wonderful day. Our day began with birthday balloon fun, grandparents (Mark's parents) arrived mid-morning, we had lunch, a stroll in the New double stroller, and then the birthday festivities began. We all had grilled cheese sandwiches (one of Jack's favorites), we opened presents, and then cake. Jack seriously made out with the gifts and Hannah had almost as much fun as Jack helping to open them. And the cake of course was enjoyed by all, especially Jack!
Jack, my precious little boy...we love you soooooo much and have enjoyed this year with you. You have grown and changed so much and are now a wobbly, jibbery-jabbery, lovable little boy. You know several words and you understand some of what we are saying. You wave your arms up and down with a huge grin on your face when we say "Excited." You clap and wave when we say those words. You tell us when you want "More" food at the dinner table. Our ability to communicate with you and you with us continues to increase more each day. I love your hugs and open-mouth kisses; you launch yourself at us to give us these hugs and kisses. Stuffed animals are a big hit with you and you love all of these guys with your hugs and kisses too, it is really cute! You are a good son and already a good big brother - you are teaching your sister so much!

Family Tree
Love this...our family tree. I ordered this awhile back and we have been waiting on the frame to arrive. It is by Naturally Meg you can find her on etsy here. She has all kinds of cute family trees for sale and she will put your initials on them for you - make sure to check her out. Ours has Mark's initials (MEH) and my initials (MMH) up top and the kiddos on the trunk (JH and HH).
Here is the only family picture I think we have so far since bringing Hannah home. It was taken almost a month ago after a very cold walk outside. Good think Mark's parents are coming in 2 days and can hopefully help remedy this for us.
